**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
+ Responsible for developing trade programs to drive growth of GT channel.
+ Responsible for deep-dive analysis to understand root causes before coming up with appropriate programs & executional plans.
+ Responsible for budget management.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform customer segmentation & channel analyses to design long-term (1 year), medium-term (1 quarter) and short term (1 month) activities to achieve business target within allocated budget.
+ Closely collaborate and communicate with Sales team & key cross-functional stakeholders (incl. Finance, CMM, Marketing, DMS, BD, O2O) to make flawless operational plans.
+ Regularly review and revise plans (if needed) to catch up with market trends and speedily compete with competition.
+ Participate in monthly T&OP meetings to share monthly channel’s objectives and tactical plans.
+ Adhere to all company’s principles and policies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
_Education Level_
+ Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any related field
_Experience Details_
+ Minimum 3-5 years of working at relevant prositions
+ With a track record of Trade Marketing, Sales Operation management. Demonstration in customer facing role is preferrable.
+ Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing
+ Experience in working with cross-function teams.
