Location/Division Specific Information:

This position is based in the United States, within our dynamic and ambitious Sales Operations Group. You will work closely with our world-class team to drive channel development initiatives.

A day in the Life:

Develop and implement strategic channel business plans with regional sales reps and the top franchise distributorsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing and sales to determine channel partner needs for growthMonitor and analyze channel and market trends to compete effectively

Keys to Success:

Ability to successfully implement business plans with strategic channel partnersProven track record in developing distribution channelsStrong collaboration and communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in marketing, channel sales or related fieldProven experience in channel developmentTrack record of achieving ambitious targets

Experience in delivering explainable analytics to external partners

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Uber analytical skills including Power BI and Excel

Flawless project management abilitiesStrong understanding of marketing, supply chain and industrial channel principles

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

This role involves standard office conditions with occasional travel. You must be able to operate a computer and communicate effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $68,800.00–$103,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
