The role focuses on supporting the preparation of sale cycle activities rolled out in the market through collaboration with the Category (marketing) department. The specialist understands how the forces operate on slovak market, provides relevant feedback on the feasibility of planned activities. He/she is responsible for supporting and ensuring the roll-out, execution of these activities in the market with the required quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and managing two-way communication for all internal forces and third parties (hostesses) via briefings and detailed national instructions.Collecting feedback from the market.Supporting internal forces in executing bottom-up sales-driving activities.Suggesting and ensuring launch and hyper care period, till its going to Business-as-usual.

 

Position requires a high level of agility, autonomy, and decision-making capability and native-level proficiency in the local language is essential for performing this role.
