Job Description

The Channel Account Executive is responsible for identifying and recruiting new channel partners in the fields of video surveillance, access control, analytics, and IT for Motorola Solutions. This role focuses on expanding the partner ecosystem by meeting monthly enrollment KPIs and ensuring a seamless onboarding expe

In this role you will:

Identify and recruit new channel partners specializing in video surveillance, access control, analytics, and IT.

Drive with the Channel Account Managers the partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into Motorola Solutions’ partner ecosystem. 

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for new partner enrollments. Introduce to partners on Motorola Solutions’ partner program and value proposition. 

Offer guidance for new partners and assistance

Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide partners with the necessary resources and support. 

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize partner recruitment strategies.


Basic Requirements

What we need:

Two to five years of experience within an Inside Sales organization 

Required native or fluent Portuguese and English languages both verbal & writing.

Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars. 

Preferred Salesforce and Outreach experience.

Understanding of video surveillance, access control, analytics, and IT solutions, is a plus.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed partner enrollment KPIs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence partners. 

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

Industry certifications (e.g., CCTV, access control, cybersecurity, IT networking) are a plus.
