Role Objective:
The Change & Productivity Manager is tasked with spearheading initiatives that drive organizational transformation and optimize operational efficiencies. Within a big internet platform company, this role plays a pivotal part in evolving business processes to maintain a competitive edge.
You Will:
Lead and manage change management processes across multiple departments to streamline operations.
Develop and implement productivity-enhancing strategies that align with organizational goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and removing obstacles to productivity.
Collaborate with leadership and teams to support and guide them through transitions and changes.
Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and data.
You Have:
Extensive experience in change management and operational strategy within a large organization.
A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a track record of successful change initiatives.
Superior communication skills, able to articulate change strategies and benefits to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
