Job Description Summary

The Change Lead plays a pivotal role in establishing and embedding the Change & PMO Centre of Excellence (COE) within Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Operations team, supporting both the Asia Pacific (APAC), and the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions.

About The Role:

Change & PMO COE Design & Development: Co-create the vision, roadmap and operating model for the COE, including scope, governance and maturity objectives Framework & Toolkit Ownership: Refresh and integrate existing change and PMO methodologies into a unified framework, aligning with enterprise transformation standards.  Change Strategy and Planning – Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for key initiatives.  Communications and Engagement – Develop and execute a regular communication and engagement schedule for key priorities as outlined in the change strategy or plan. This may include regular communications, change champion networks or other relevant activities Quality Assurance & Governance: Contribute to operational governance forums and maintain oversight of change performance, reporting on key metrics such as user adoption, engagement or training delivery  Change & PMO Capability Uplift: Support relevant business leaders to understand change & PMO  methodologies and build rigor around our change management processes. Deliver training to leaders, projects managers and analysts to embed change excellence, principles and behaviors Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnership with Operations, HR, Technology, and Regional Business Leaders across APAC & EMEA.  Measurement & Reporting: Define and track KPIs for change adoption, readiness and engagement effectiveness Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor the Change & PMO Analyst, allocating their workload and ensuring high quality, timely output Continuous Improvement: Maintain awareness of external best practices in change management and PMO operations to keep frameworks current and competitive 

About You:

7-10 years of experience in change management, transformation, or management consulting roles. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional change projects in large, matrixed organizations. Formal consulting or in-house experience with recognized change or transformation firms (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey, BCG). Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred. Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) advantageous.
