Change Manager (People and Culture Projects)

As a global leader in facilities services, we connect people and places to make the world work better. Whether directly or indirectly, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our placemakers in delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our customers. Together, we make space for people and businesses to thrive.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Language:  English, fluent spoken and written

Main purpose of the role:

You’ll lead the people side of transformation for our Leading Frontline Employer (LFE) initiatives. Your mission: make sure new ways of working stick by engaging people, building capability, and creating the conditions for adoption across multiple countries.

What you’ll do:

Facilitate country teams through gaps analysis and readiness conversations, helping them identify what needs to change and co‑create action plans. Design and activate a work‑backward roadmap for adoption, including stop‑gaps and hypercare plans. Engage and enable local champions, managers, and influencers—coaching them to lead change in their context. Create and deliver tailored communications and training plans based on audience segmentation and impact analysis. Experiment and adapt: test different levers (comms, learning, nudges), track adoption metrics, and pivot quickly when signals show risk. Measure and act: monitor readiness and adoption through dashboards, pulse checks, and feedback loops; adjust interventions to close gaps. Package what works into a change toolbox (templates, playbooks, dashboards) for reuse across future projects. Partner closely with L&D, Internal Comms, and country “mirror” organizations to ensure alignment and local ownership.

What success looks like:

Countries feel supported and engaged, not “rolled over.” Adoption KPIs (usage, behavior change) hit targets within agreed timelines. Champions and managers are activated and confident. A reusable change enablement toolkit is in place for future initiatives.

What you bring:

Proven experience leading adoption and behavior change in multi‑country or enterprise‑scale programs. Hands‑on track record with impact assessments, audience analysis, and training plan design. Ability to facilitate workshops, coach leaders, and build trust across cultures. Comfort working strategically and tactically—from shaping the roadmap to writing comms or running hypercare clinics. Agility and creativity to experiment with approaches and learn fast. Persistence and drive to remove barriers and keep momentum. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
