Job Description
We’re looking for a Change Manager to lead the human side of transformation-focusing on user capability, adoption strategies, and driving value realization across key initiatives. This role is less about managing technology changes and more about helping people navigate and embrace those changes effectively. You’ll work closely on projects like finalizing training materials for Phase 3 and supporting Phase 4 rollout, with a focus on manager-facing solutions. You’ll help amplify and track communications, ensure key messages are current, and independently manage messaging and packaging for end users.
This role supports People Experience teams under the broader People Function, though deep HR experience isn’t required. What’s essential is strong communication and training development skills. You’ll ensure training quality meets standards, collaborate with training developers to convert session materials (often in PowerPoint) into engaging eLearning formats, and distill complex information into clear, user-friendly language. You’ll also help define the line of demarcation-ensuring content is relevant and digestible for the end user.
Ultimately, the biggest goal is to inspire change and influence behavior-making sure people not only understand the change but feel confident and supported in adopting it.

Skills and Requirements
-5–9 years of experience in change management within professional or enterprise-level environments
-Proven ability to develop and execute adoption strategies focused on user capability and value realization
-Strong background in communications and training development
-Ability to distill complex information into clear, end-user-friendly language
-Skilled in finalizing and activating training materials across project phases
-Excellent written communication and attention to detail (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)
-Ability to work independently and manage messaging and packaging for end users
-Experience using Excel and dashboards to measure adoption and track change effectiveness
-Strong understanding of change management in Agile environments
-Ability to inspire change and influence behavior across teams -PROSCI® certification and familiarity with the ADKAR® model
-Experience supporting manager-facing solutions and communications
-Familiarity with People Experience Operations or similar functions
-Exposure to HR environments null
