Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Change Manager - People Change Management.

This role supports large-scale transformation initiatives across Personal & Business Banking, with a strong focus on end-user adoption, employee readiness, and people-centric change delivery. The position offers high visibility across frontline teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners, and plays a critical role in driving successful adoption across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end People Change Management (PCM) strategies and detailed tactical change plans to support adoption and minimize resistance. Conduct comprehensive impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments to inform change strategies. Partner closely with Project Managers, Business SMEs, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between change, business objectives, and delivery plans. Lead and facilitate change engagement activities including town halls, focus groups, leadership updates, and frontline presentations. Create and deliver high-quality change materials such as playbacks, communication content, toolkits, and executive presentations. Monitor adoption metrics and employee readiness, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Support successful implementation across multiple concurrent initiatives (2-3+) within large, transformational programs. Act as a primary conduit between project teams and frontline employees, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication. Must-Have Skills 10+ years of People Change Management experience, with a strong focus on end-user adoption (not project or technology management). Proven experience developing PCM strategies and actionable tactical plans end to end. Hands-on change execution experience, including facilitating sessions, presenting to senior leaders, and engaging frontline teams. ProSci certification Experience supporting large-scale, transformational programs within complex organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver change across multiple concurrent initiatives. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience within the financial services industry.
