Title / Designation: Change Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 9 – 12 years

 

Role & responsibilities:

Lead organizational change management for strategic, complex initiatives. Design and implement change strategies that drive business value for key ES programs. Identify stakeholder priorities and develop scalable engagement strategies. Collaborate on communication and education programs aligned with change milestones. Drive change readiness activities using metrics to maximize initiative benefits.

 

Candidate requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or equivalent. 8+ years’ experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide change management initiatives. Experience in functional change management consulting. Familiarity with leading change management methodologies; certification preferred (CCMP or PROSCI).
