**Opportunity to work for a Global Leader in Property**
**Lead change for a major platform software rollout - 12 month contract**
**Brisbane | Land of the Turrbal people**
We’re seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead the change strategy for a new facilities management software rollout. You’ll drive employee adoption, support project delivery, and ensure a smooth transition across impacted teams. Working closely with project and facilities stakeholders, you’ll help embed new ways of working and deliver measurable outcomes.
**Here's what you'll focus on:**
• Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project goals
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
• Create and maintain change documentation including strategies, communications, and training materials
• Deliver clear, engaging communications to support stakeholder buy-in
• Identify training needs and coordinate delivery of tailored programs
• Assess organisational readiness and monitor adoption rates
• Measure success and report on change outcomes to leadership
**Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;**
• Degree qualified with Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci) highly desirable
• Proven experience in change management or organisational development
• Strong understanding of change methodologies and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience and ability to work both independently and in teams
• Knowledge of property or facilities management principles is highly desirable
