About your role as a Change Manager
The Change Manager will work with the Change Management Office (CMO) to ensure the successful adoption of change in projects and key business initiatives, which involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic change management activities, including comprehensive plans, stakeholder analyses, training programs, and communication strategies.
The Change Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of change initiatives by applying a structured but flexible approach to change management. Strong relationships and collaboration with various teams will be needed to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Role Accountabilities
Complete change & communications analysis, prepare change plans, work with stakeholders to ensure change plans are fit for purpose.
Prepare change related training analysis, content and complete training effectiveness assessments.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and project team members to reinforce and embed new systems, processes and behaviours.
Evaluate the impact of planned organisational changes and develop strategies and tactics to mitigate risk.
Define success metrics and measure performance against these.
Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
Coach for success, provide feedback, guidance and encouragement to staff undertaking change initiatives.
About You
You are a highly collaborative and adaptable professional with a passion for driving meaningful organisational change. Known for exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace complexity with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
You are excited by the opportunity to partner with leaders to embed successful change practices, empower teams, and deliver sustainable outcomes. You can bring a strategic lens to change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering engagement, resilience, and ownership throughout the journey.
Completed change management qualification (e.g. Prosci, Lean change etc) or demonstrated relevant experience in change practice.
Creation and facilitation of agile and adaptable change plans and strategies.
Knowledge and understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools.
Previous experience in successfully executing, refining and delivering effective change initiatives to a multidisciplinary and diverse group of individuals.
Advanced listening and communication skills with the ability to simplify and clearly articulate key messages and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational design.
Manage pressure and meet tight deadlines on multiple projects.
Strong application knowledge in MS365.
Desirable
Previous experience working in the health, human services or not-for profit industries.

Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
