Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for implementing Change Management practices into a current Route/Switch NOC supporting customer environment. This includes accountability for all change activities including change coordination, documentation, impact analysis, risk mitigation, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Will work very closely with Problem Management and Incident Management in standard ITIL practices.
