**We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.**

**The Role:**
_In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire change management process within our organization, ensuring that all changes to IT services and infrastructure are implemented efficiently and effectively while minimizing disruptions to business operations. This role requires a thorough understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various teams across the organization. The Change Management Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and reliability of our Digital Tech environment, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our change management processes_
**In This Role, You Will:**
+ Review and assess change requests, ensuring they are properly documented and aligned with business objectives.
+ Conduct thorough risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed changes, identifying potential risks and mitigating strategies. Evaluate the potential impact of changes on existing systems, services, and processes
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and schedule changes effectively, minimizing disruption to services and operations. Coordinate change activities across teams, ensuring all necessary resources are available and engaged
+ Maintain accurate documentation of all changes, including change requests, approvals, implementation plans, and post-implementation reviews. Generate regular reports on change management activities, highlighting key metrics and trends
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Change Management framework. Implement corrective actions and enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle, providing updates on change status, potential impacts, and resolution of issues or conflicts.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business or related fields, or equivalent experience
+ ITIL4 Foundation certification is required
+ 3+ years of relevant Change Management experience within a large-scale IT environment
+ Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems , and technologies
+ Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, or JIRA
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with changes
+ Fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus
**Extra Skills That Set You Apart:**

+ Experience in the implementation and management of a CMDB
