Oversees a large Organizational Change Management (OCM) organization and manages the implementation, and integration of OCM processes, and ensures effectiveness within large-scale, strategic and enterprise-wide projects.

Gallup StrengthsFinder 34 certification or completion of a third-party Organizational Change Management (OCM) course.Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable impact in communication, learning, or behavior change.A proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.Familiarity with enterprise strategy frameworks and how to translate them into scalable change plans.Additional Information:

This role is based in the Peoria/Mossville area and requires on-site presence five days a week.
Summary Pay Range:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
