The DT Change Management Leader will lead the change management strategy and execution for a large-scale, enterprise-wide AI value delivery program. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to effectively understand and determine the impact of the change, and implement activities to inform, prepare and equip stakeholders to adopt mindset, behavior, process, and technology changes.

The Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working, minimizing resistance, and driving sustainable behavioral change to achieve program objectives.
 

As a Change Management Leader, you will be responsible for:
 

Develop and Own Change Strategy:

Designing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with program goals, addressing high complexity and risk factors.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:

Identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Impact & Readiness Assessments: ​

Conducting detailed change impact analyses and organizational readiness assessments to inform change management planning and risk mitigation.

Communication & Engagement Plans: ​

Creating and executing targeted communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and impacts of the change.

Training & Enablement: ​

Partnering with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for successful adoption.

Risk Management: ​

Identifying potential risks to adoption and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and resistance.

Measurement & Reporting: ​

Defining success metrics, monitor adoption progress, and report outcomes to leadership. Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.

Leadership Coaching: ​

Supporting senior leaders and change champions in their role as advocates for change, providing tools and guidance to lead effectively.


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Have 8+ years in program management, with a proven track record driving successful end to end change management in projects.

Have Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification (preferred).

Have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Have excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Have ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Have strong business sense and ability to align change management approach to business needs.
