You will support change management processes and deliverables in the NA Pay Transparency project. You will be instrumental in supporting the behavioral shifts required to implement and sustain new ways of working.

**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Contribute to and provide guidance and oversight when setting up and delivering change and communication strategies.
+ Define and design interventions that enable successful change
+ Identify and assess organizational impacts (including stakeholder analysis)
+ Identify and deliver adequate interventions to support the behavioral shifts required to implement and sustain new ways of working
+ Provide support & build individual and organization change capability (including communication materials etc..) whilst working with project team members and stakeholders.
+ Provide tools to measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change interventions and leverage lessons learned
+ Use lessons learned from previous, similar projects to improve future strategies.
+ Work extensively with different stakeholders to understand, co-create, influence and gain alignment on new ways of working

**What you need to know about this position:**
The Change Management Lead will support change management processes and deliverables for the NA Pay Transparency Project. This role will be instrumental in driving the behavioral shifts required to implement and sustain new ways of working across the organization. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and measure change strategies that enable successful adoption and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide guidance and oversight in setting up and delivering change and communication strategies for the Pay Transparency Project.
+ Define and design interventions that enable successful change.
+ Identify and assess organizational impacts, including stakeholder analysis.
+ Develop and implement targeted interventions to support behavioral shifts and sustain new ways of working.
+ Provide tools, resources, and training to build both individual and organizational change capability.
+ Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change interventions.
+ Leverage lessons learned from previous initiatives to strengthen future strategies.
+ Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to co-create, influence, and align on new processes and behaviors.
**What extra ingredients you will bring:**
+ Proven experience managing complex change initiatives, preferably in large organizations.
+ Strong project and process management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and timelines.
+ Ability to build and influence broad stakeholder networks.
+ Expertise in designing and delivering strategic change and communication initiatives.
+ Experience with change management in HR, compliance, or policy-driven environments.
**Education / Certifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering or related field.
**Job specific requirements:**
+ 4+ years of experience leading change management projects within multinational organizations.
+ Advanced English
+ Expertise implementing change management frameworks and methodologies.
**Work schedule:**
Hybrid in Costa Rica.
