Position title: Change management consultant
Employment type: 6 months and extendable contract, outsourced
Work location: Riyadh and Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Notice period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required experience Total of 6-14 years of experience, of which a minimum of 3+ years relevant change management experience having completed at least one full cycle project of 6-12 months. Leading the organizational change management activities on the project including communication strategies and plans. Contributing to strategic change management engagements using Agile and digital adoption initiatives. Contributing to our client's engagements in terms of revenue, improved client satisfaction, and overall business growth. Organizational design and change strategy design. End user change impact analysis and risk mitigation. Workforce transformation and HR transformation. Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, HR, or MIS. Must be a native Arabic speaker.
