Job Description

As part of the Change Management team, you would be responsible for managing IT changes and ensuring operational excellence on a global scale. Networking with our diverse technical teams and effective communication to share procedures will be key in strengthening our process and improving the experience of our customers.  
 
A Day in the Life  

Review and approve change requests submitted by our colleagues and ensure operational excellence.  

Provide timely and informational support to our colleagues to continuously improve the quality of work around the Change Management process.  

Maintain training resources and knowledge articles.  

Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and implement stories. 

Support the Computer System Validation process.  

Provide trend analysis on metrics & performance indicators.  

Train the change requestors' network and share best practices.  

Lead the team activities and contribute to the IT initiatives.  
 

Education 

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems Management, IT Operations or related field. 

Equivalent work experience accepted.  

 

Experience  

Have 2 or more years of experience in managing changes in an IT environment.  

Working knowledge of Change Module approval workflows in ServiceNow platform is preferred.  

Knowledge working with IT Validated systems is a plus.  

ITIL Certificate is a plus.  

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities  

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service focus.  

Demonstrate knowledge of IT Service Management practices and apply ITIL framework to meet the company's needs.  

Skills to build networks & collaborate with engineering, software development and applications support teams, navigate in the technology environment and work effectively with various groups.  

Skills to gather IT requirements and write workflow improvement stories. 

Demonstrate ability to define a problem, identify improvement areas and develop pro-active solutions.  

Understand Regulatory & Compliance Requirements (Computer Systems Validation).  

Be curious and innovative and demonstrate critical thinking. 

Be self-motivated, eager to assist and solve problems.
