Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. Duties Include: * Own updates to communications and engagement plan * Draft and send communications, including 30-day outlooks * Develop and manage distribution lists * Support OTC Monthly Newsletter * Coordinate communications and engagement logistics for SIT, UAT NA, and UAT Field * Analyze survey feedback and translate into actionable change/training plans * Schedule and coordinate CCN meetings * Develop monthly CCN materials and manage distribution * Maintain SharePoint/OTC Homepage with current content
