Job description
CHANGE LEAD
The Change Lead is to is to fully understand the status of the change and assess the change management requirements moving forward covering supply chain, commercial, retail, digital and all back-office teams and the customer, understanding and driving value-based change. Defining and agreeing the change strategy and approach and delivering this to ensure engagement, readiness and adoption of the change.
This requires a local language speaker to ensure there are no language barriers with the local teams and someone on site who can engage with people face to face, to ensure full understanding of the challenges within the Chile teams and the right level of support.
This will be a minimum twelve-month contract with the intention of demonstrating a shift change in adoption and delivering frameworks and models and collateral that can be used to ensure smooth implementation in other regions.
The Change Lead in Chile will report into the S+ Global Change Lead, developing the plans, approach and change interventions aligned with the wider global change.
This is a challenging role and needs an experienced, self-starter who can work at both a strategic and hands-on level and can work into a global team, understanding the connections between their work and the wider roll out.
This person will need to influence people at all levels of the organisation, a good communicator and a trusted partner to drive the right behaviours and deal with challenging situations.
They need to be experienced in change management so that they understand the value of change management and can lead and coach others on this and can work with little supervision or support.
