Job Description:

Reporting to the Business Integration Manager, the Change Integration Specialist plays a key role in integrating internal business partners into the products and services offered by Canadian Shared Services (CSS) and our suppliers. This role focuses on designing scalable, efficient solutions aligned with industry best practices, while supporting changes to existing services and optimizing processes.

What will you do?

Lead Change Initiatives: Drive planning and execution of organizational change efforts tied to strategic priorities (e.g., system upgrades, process transformations, product/service implementations) using the Service Integration model.

Project Tracking: Monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business partner objectives.

Problem Discovery: Facilitate working groups, focus sessions, and stakeholder meetings to uncover current pain points and future needs.

Data Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze data, provide actionable recommendations, and design processes that meet stakeholder integration needs.

Implementation Support: Guide solution development through implementation and warranty phases.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and templates for greater efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.

Proven relationship-building capabilities across business units.

Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Developing project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.

Experience with SharePoint and OneNote.

3–5 years of experience in change management, business analysis, and workflow charting.

Technical writing experience.

Assets:

Six Sigma or Lean Management experience.

Familiarity with eSignature tools.

Experience with print-related activities.

Business Analyst Certification.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
