**Job Overview**
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time
This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 07-Jan-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.
Designs and leads impactful end-to-end change and communication strategy and plans that deliver business results. Adhere to firm's Change methodology and framework, and systems and tools to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with other capabilities. Must be able to be strategically focused on multiple initiatives concurrently.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Partners with the business and leads cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, issues, and opportunities related to change impacts. Develops multi-channel messaging strategy and coordinates timelines with those teams to integrate and align adoption tactics and efforts, through a field-centric lens. Grounds approach in data-based decisions and stakeholder input.
+ Leverages strategic consultations skills to coach/advise and influence strategic decisions of business leaders on people-related change strategies and change risk mitigation approaches.
+ Manages alignment across competing efforts, flagging risks and recommending timing adjustments as needed to mitigate oversaturation. Creates communication plans and artifacts that bridge enterprise narratives with stakeholder-specific action steps.
+ Partners with other areas of change and communication, and other enabling functions, to plan and deliver a seamless, value-driven experience for our practice teams (Financial Advisors and CSTs).

**Skills/Requirements**
+ 5+ years of change management, communications or related experience on complex projects
+ Strong project and content ownership
+ Experience with large change initiatives or transformation work
+ Comfort leading through both planning and execution
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience creating, monitoring, and interpreting stakeholder change readiness and adoption metrics through the entire development lifecycle preferred.
**Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
