Job Description
About the Team
The Enterprise Change Management team develops and delivers holistic change strategies that enable enterprise outcomes across functional programs and multi‑year transformations. We partner across the organization to plan, execute, and sustain change—covering approach design, change impacts and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption/sustainment delivery.
We support initiatives ranging from function-specific outcomes (e.g., process updates, org design, systems upgrades) to transformational programs (e.g., operating model shifts, enterprise blueprinting). Our team operates in a shared-services model, integrating with People & Culture (P&C) and Centers of Excellence to ensure accountability and consistent practices across multiple workstreams.
How we work:
Blended methodologies: We use Prosci/ADKAR and other disciplines, selecting and tailoring approaches based on context—never just a playbook.
Integration across disciplines: We connect dots across strategy, design, change, comms, training, analytics, and operations to enable adoption.
Comfort with ambiguity: We thrive in complex, non-linear environments (agile and waterfall), tailoring solutions to diverse business needs.
Stakeholder-forward: We engage senior leaders and cross-functional partners to build buy-in and momentum.
Sustainment-first: We design for long-term adoption and embed changes into business-as-usual.
Role Overview: OE Enterprise Change Management Analyst
The OE Enterprise Change Management Analyst is a core contributor within the team, responsible for developing and executing change strategies that enable enterprise outcomes. You’ll bring a people-centered approach to drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and sustainment across impacted teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned to project objectives and organizational goals.
Impacts & Readiness: Conduct comprehensive change impact and readiness assessments; identify challenges, opportunities, and support needs.
Metrics & Outcomes: Define, monitor, and track readiness/adoption metrics; use insights to guide course correction and accelerate outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships; design and deliver engagement activities that foster awareness, understanding, and commitment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project teams, P&C/shared services, and Centers of Excellence throughout all phases to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
Risk & Resistance Management: Identify people-related risks and resistance points; develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Sustainment: Support sustainment planning to embed changes into BAU processes and operating models.
Capability Building: Support team leadership in providing formal/informal change coaching to project teams and business stakeholders.
Knowledge Sharing: Capture and share best practices and lessons learned to evolve methodology, anticipate future needs, and drive faster readiness across programs.
Senior Leader Engagement: Facilitate and influence senior stakeholders to secure sponsorship and visible commitment throughout the change lifecycle.
