Change Analyst - Go to Market
Job Description About the Team The Enterprise Change Management team designs and delivers the change management strategy for initiatives that enable function‑specific outcomes (e.g., process updates, org design, systems upgrades) and multi‑year, transformational programs (e.g., operating model shifts, enterprise blueprinting). Our work spans approach planning, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and sustainment planning—ensuring changes are adopted, embedded, and measurable across the enterprise. The Role The OE Enterprise Change Management Analyst plays a critical role in developing and executing change management strategies that enable enterprise outcomes. This people‑focused role partners across cross‑functional teams to connect dots across programs, manage ambiguity, and drive adoption through tailored approaches—not just playbooks. What You’ll Do Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives and organizational goals. Assessments: Conduct comprehensive change impact and readiness assessments to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas requiring support. Metrics & Tracking: Define, monitor, and track readiness and adoption metrics to measure success and guide course corrections. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; design and deliver engagement activities to foster awareness, understanding, and commitment to change. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with program and project teams across all phases to ensure alignment and smooth implementation. Risk Mitigation: Identify people‑related risks and resistance points; develop proactive mitigation strategies. Sustainment: Support sustainment planning to embed changes into business‑as‑usual processes. Coaching & Capability: Support OE leadership in providing formal and informal change management coaching to project teams and business stakeholders, strengthening change capability. Continuous Improvement: Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance methodology and offerings, anticipate future needs, accelerate readiness, and support sustainment across programs. Day‑to‑Day Focus Areas Act as the connective tissue across Go‑to‑Market (GTM) evolution initiatives—linking operating model changes, org restructuring, and value chain intersection points (e.g., sourcing raw materials through to in‑store availability). Maintain visibility across multiple programs and scopes within the same value chain, coordinating with partners to integrate work across disciplines. Apply a blended change approach (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR plus other frameworks), choosing methods that fit the context rather than relying on a single playbook. Thrive in ambiguity—tailor approaches, connect disparate concepts, and drive clarity and momentum with proactive execution. Balance agile and waterfall environments; ensure change delivery is effective regardless of delivery methodology. Skills and Requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline. Change Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of change principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Experience: 3–5 years leading change management or large‑scale transformation initiatives. Industry Knowledge: Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable; familiarity with lululemon’s culture is a strong asset. Must‑Haves Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; adept at listening and facilitating discussions. Analytical & Problem‑Solving: Skilled in root‑cause analysis with the ability to develop actionable solutions. Influencing: Proven ability to influence stakeholders toward a common goal or vision. Self‑Starter Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to work independently. Continuous Growth: High self‑awareness and commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. Collaboration: Strong team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments; flexible and adaptable to new contexts and dynamics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet. Preferred Certifications: Prosci or equivalent change management certification (blended methodology experience strongly preferred). GTM Experience: Background in Go‑to‑Market processes and value chain integration.
