Job Description About the Team The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team drives change management strategy and execution for initiatives across the organization. We enable successful adoption of changes—whether function-specific (e.g., process updates, org design, system upgrades) or enterprise-wide transformational programs (e.g., operating model shifts, blueprinting). Our work spans planning and delivery, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and sustainment strategies to embed change into business-as-usual. Role Overview The Enterprise Change Management Analyst plays a critical role in designing and implementing change management strategies that enable enterprise outcomes. This role ensures changes are understood, embraced, and sustained across impacted teams through a people-focused approach. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives and organizational goals. Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify challenges, opportunities, and support needs. Define, monitor, and track readiness and adoption metrics to measure success and guide adjustments. Build strong stakeholder relationships; design and deliver engagement activities that foster awareness and commitment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all project phases to ensure alignment and smooth implementation. Identify potential people-related risks and resistance points; develop proactive mitigation strategies. Support sustainment planning to embed changes into business-as-usual processes. Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and stakeholders to strengthen change management capability. Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance methodology and accelerate readiness across programs. Skills and Requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline. Experience: 3–5 years leading change management or large-scale transformation initiatives. Expertise: Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Industry Knowledge: Vertical retail and/or business operations experience preferred; familiarity with lululemon culture is an asset. Must-Haves Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; strong facilitation ability. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled in root cause analysis and developing actionable solutions. Influencing: Ability to align stakeholders toward a common vision. Self-Starter: Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently. Continuous Growth: High self-awareness and commitment to professional development. Collaboration: Thrives in cross-functional environments; adaptable to new dynamics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Smartsheet. Preferred Attributes Flexible and adaptable—able to tailor approaches rather than rely on a rigid playbook. Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and methodologies (not anchored to one framework). Experience integrating change management across diverse initiatives and ambiguous environments. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an asset, but success comes from a blended approach.
