Change Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Change Analyst based in Hyderabad, India. This role supports a global Transportation & Fleet transformation program that has already been implemented in other regions. The core change frameworks, templates, and approaches already exist—this position focuses on localization, execution, and content creation, particularly for India and EMEA deployments. This is a behind‑the‑scenes, support role designed to enable the Change Manager to stay focused on strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement. The Analyst will create materials, toolkits, training content, and communications that support adoption and consistent rollout. What You’ll Do -Support change management execution for global transportation and fleet initiatives Create and maintain change content, including: Presentations and decks, Toolkits and playbooks ,Training materials and learning assets, One‑pagers, newsletters, and visuals -Localize existing global change frameworks and templates for India and EMEA markets (not building from scratch) -Support training and communication rollouts in partnership with global and regional teams -Assist with core change activities such as: Stakeholder assessments ,Change impact assessments and Change management plans -Work closely with the Change Manager to:Take on execution and content development work, Free up the Manager to focus on strategy, senior stakeholders, and decision‑making We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Learning & Development, or a related field -1–2 years of experience in change management, HR, organizational development, or human capital consulting -Exposure to change management concepts, organizational change, or business transformation -Strong presentation and storytelling skills -Fluent in English (written and spoken) -Hands‑on experience creating materials using tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, or Adobe - Prosci, ACMP, or similar certification required -Experience in global, matrixed environments -Interest in digital transformation, logistics, or operations
