Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You foster Business Agility, Lean-Agile Leadership, and organization around value, as well as core values such as alignment, transparency, respect for people, and relentless improvement. This enables you to help the business line D&A quickly respond to market changes and emerging opportunities with innovative, digitally enabled processes and products.You champion the integration of Lean and Agile principles into our integrated management system and governance practices.You guide the transformation of system processes to support incremental delivery, customer value focus, and cross-functional collaboration.You ensure alignment of management systems with applicable standards and regulations (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 27001, and/or EU MDR) while enabling lean governance structures.You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural and process changes.You develop and deliver trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions on Lean, Agile, and compliant system practices.You identify and eliminate waste in system processes and advocate for a data-driven, risk-based approach to system improvements.You act as a liaison between operational teams and compliance stakeholders to balance innovation with regulatory rigor.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in a related discipline.You have long-term experience in working in a regulated software development organization.You have extensive experience in Lean or Agile transformation, ideally within regulated industries such as medical devices or healthcare.You impress with your proven experience in working with or within ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and/or ISO 14971 management systems.Ideally you are certified in Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, Scrum, or related Agile frameworks.You are familiar with software development lifecycles (SDLC), especially in the context of medical devices.


Your attributes and skills:

You have very good English language skills and are confident within an international environment; ideally you are able to communicate in German.You have a strong understanding of Lean thinking, Agile mindset, and systems thinking.You are skilled in change management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration.You convince by your ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical, value-added processes.You impress with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement orientation.
