Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Change & Adoption Consultant within the Change & Adoption Advisory team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of new initiatives by fostering engagement, managing resistance, and providing insights for sustainable adoption. * Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement effective change management strategies that align with business objectives and promote user adoption. * Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations, ensuring their voices are considered in the change process. * Resistance Management: Identify potential sources of resistance to change and devise strategies to mitigate or overcome them, ensuring a smooth transition. * Communication Planning: Create comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process. * Training & Support: Design and deliver training programs to equip users with the skills necessary to effectively utilize new systems or processes. Provide ongoing support to address any issues that arise post-implementation. * Insight & Evaluation: Gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change initiatives effectively are essential. * Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, manage expectations, and build consensus for change. * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. * Problem Solving and Facilitation: Capable of analyzing complex situations, identifying root causes, and facilitating resolutions. * Attention to Detail and Organization: Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time management skills, is required. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. * Feedback-Driven Improvement: Motivated by the review process and able to incorporate constructive feedback into your work. * Business fluency in English and German (C1 is a must). * Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, PMP) and tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana). * Training and Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs. * Certification: Possession of recognized change management certifications (like Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) would be beneficial.
