Job Description

Hours: FRIDAY - SUNDAY 6PM - 6:30AM

Overtime as needed

As a Line Lead in Chambers at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will have the outstanding opportunity to drive excellence in our world-class manufacturing operations! This pivotal role will have you leading a dedicated team, ensuring flawless production processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of operators to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing processes.Strictly adhere to and enforce safety protocols and company standards.Successfully implement and coordinate production schedules to meet ambitious targets.Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning at efficient levels.Monitor and report on production metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required QualificationsMinimum Required Education: High school diploma/ GED2-3 years of manufacturing experience requiredPrior experience in a manufacturing leadership role preferred.Outstanding problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach.Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.Ability to work weekends and evening shifts.Advanced technical training or certifications preferred.
