Short Description:

We are seeking a skilled PEGA Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a PEGA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement new features, and troubleshoot issues.

Require Java developer who uses programming languages and development skills to develop, test and release applications on Web.

Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain PEGA applications using industry best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs.

Write clean, efficient, and testable code.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.

Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.

Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Strong experience in Enterprise grade application development using PEGA.

Knowledge on PEGA Case Management System is a must

Good to have – Knowledge on PEGA Customer Decision Hub

Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Additional Skills:

Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
