This role ensures accurate and timely processing payments allocation and other receivables processes, and reconciliations, contributing to the financial stability and operational efficiency of Takeda. **_INSPIRED BY PATIENTS. POWERED BY YOU._** **Responsibilities:** + Perform Accounts Receivable activities, including cash application, payment allocation, and account reconciliation + Manage customer accounts and account offsetting + Handle manual billing for non-product related transactions + Prepare customer balance confirmations, balance reports, and country-specific reporting + Execute and support country-specific AR activities and requirements + Maintain and update automations, including Cash BOT rules + Create and maintain country-specific work instructions and documentation + Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CFS processes and support the team with process knowledge + Support internal controls, audits, HFM notes, and internal reporting + Participate in projects, process improvements, and cross-team initiatives **Skills & Qualifications** + Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office + Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and accounting processes + Minimum 3+ years of AR and Cash application experience, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment + Good understanding of AR policies, controls, and audit requirements + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy + Customer-focused mindset with commitment to high-quality delivery + Open, communicative team player able to work in cross-functional teams + Self-driven, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities under time pressure + Improvement-oriented mindset with interest in process optimization, automation, and new technologies (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI) + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; fluent in English (written and spoken) **What Takeda Business Solutions can offer you:** No investment we make pays greater dividends than taking good care of our people.
