About You
We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and driving the financial success of our regional and country operations.
This permanent role will report to the APAC CFO and locally to the SVP and MD of Australasia. You will lead a large Finance team of 21 colleagues with 7 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting teams.
Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
Advising on long-term business and financial planning
Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.
Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the business
Establishing and developing relations with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders
Work as a business partner to the sales and marketing team to drive order booking growth in the region.
Work closely with the field operations team to support productivity and efficiency improvement projects.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
MBA in Finance and/or CPA qualifications with 15+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong base of management accounting and commercial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deal with and influence people at all levels to drive operational and financial performance
Strong commercial acumen and business partner
Has an understanding of legal contract terms and conditions, particularly those pertaining to the services industry.
Experience within the industrial, construction, manufacturing industries is preferred.
Ability to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met
Has a high level of agility, resilience, and a proactive solutions-based attitude
Knowledge of JDE is preferred and has the attention to details.
Strong and proven organization-building skills.
Able to deal with ambiguity and possesses strong bias for action.
