Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing financial functions in a dynamic environment. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and requires a commitment to fostering growth and maintaining fiscal health. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's long-term goals. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making. • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. • Supervise and guide the finance team to achieve operational efficiency and compliance. • Monitor and evaluate financial risks, ensuring the organization remains resilient and adaptable. • Build and maintain strong partnerships across departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. • Provide guidance on cost management, resource allocation, and revenue optimization. • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategic initiatives and business plans. • Lead efforts to enhance financial systems and processes for improved accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles. • Proven ability to manage inbound inquiries and maintain detail-oriented relationships. • Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes, including Ethernet-based technologies. • Demonstrated skill in building and nurturing partnerships across diverse teams. • Experience in the health insurance sector or a related industry is preferred. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Advanced understanding of compliance regulations and risk management. • Effective communication and leadership skills to drive organizational success.
