Description Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's team. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the company’s financial health aligns with its mission and values. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: • Manage banking and treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash flow and financial stability. • Oversee real estate transactions, including purchasing, leasing, and negotiating contracts. • Provide hands-on support with journal entries, reconciliations, and other detailed financial tasks as needed. • Collaborate on construction-related financial planning and budgeting. • Lead negotiations with banks, vendors, and other external partners to secure favorable outcomes. • Drive financial stewardship by allocating resources strategically to benefit employees and long-term company goals. • Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements. • Utilize Oracle Cloud and proprietary financial systems to manage accounting and reporting processes. • Work closely with the Controller to uphold team dynamics and ensure employee satisfaction. • Promote a people-centered leadership approach that prioritizes team health and workload balance. Requirements • CPA certification required. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries. • Experience in CFO leadership with revenues exceeding $500M, multi-location. • Proven expertise in banking, treasury management, and corporate real estate. • Hands-on experience with general ledger systems and financial reconciliations. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes in financial agreements. • Familiarity with ERP and other enterprise resource planning systems. • Experience with external audits and corporate tax compliance. • Demonstrated ability to lead with values-driven financial stewardship and employee-focused decision-making. • People centered leader.
