Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership: • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process to support the company’s strategic goals. • Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and the Board of Directors. • Oversee financial reporting and accounting operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. IPO Planning & Execution: • Lead the end-to-end process of preparing Deepak Fasteners Ltd. for an IPO, including regulatory f ilings, audits, and coordination with investment banks, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies (SEBI, Stock Exchanges, etc.). • Develop and execute the company's capital market strategy, including equity/debt financing, investor relations, and roadshows. • Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks associated with public listings. Financial Reporting & Compliance: • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and any other relevant accounting standards. • Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory bodies' guidelines for financial disclosure, corporate governance, and shareholder communication. • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. Risk Management: • Develop and maintain risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and improve internal controls. • Oversee liquidity management, treasury functions, and cash flow planning to ensure financial stability during the IPO process. • Implement robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Investor Relations: • Establish and manage relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and financial institutions. • Prepare and present financial data and projections to investors and stakeholders during the IPO process. • Develop an investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value post-IPO. Corporate Governance & Strategic Initiatives: • Ensure high standards of corporate governance in line with SEBI regulations and other statutory requirements for a publicly-listed company. • Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business opportunities that can enhance shareholder value. • Support business transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability. Required Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA). • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role as a CFO or equivalent. • IPO Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading a company through an IPO process in India or internationally. • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliance, and capital market transactions. • Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, capital structuring, financial strategy, risk management, and investor relations. • Hands-on experience with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
