Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled CFM Fixer to join their team. As a CFM Fixer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the maintenance and operational excellence of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to quality and safety.
**Job Title:** CFM Fixer
**Location:** Marion, NC
**Pay Range: $18.55-$20.05**
**Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly to minimize downtime.
+ Assist in troubleshooting complex machinery problems and implement effective solutions.
+ Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs for compliance and review.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous manufacturing and maintenance experience required.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
