Your role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Global AutoBank&Process Excellence Manager providing key support for the whole O2C Stream in the area of CFIN and SAP4HANA. You will be involved in CFIN and SAP4HANA implementation, UATs and post implementation “service”. Crucial part of the role would be ongoing contact with O2C end users to understand and address better their needs and provide trainings answering technical aspects of CFIN and SAP4Hana.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods to onboard new hires and upskill end-users. This could include classroom Instruction, virtual training, team meetings, on-line learning debriefs, hands-on labs, peer to peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions
Training users on O2C processes and appropriate system use. Creating and maintain user manuals, documentation and SOPs as needed
Engaging with business leaders, users and partners to understand processes, needs, challenges and deliver solutions, and/or issue resolution during activities such as adapt to standard, process reviews, etc.
Participating in testing (UAT) activities as needed and initiate or promote sustainable process improvements
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CFIN and SAP4HANA to assist in curriculum development – including revisions to existing course content and new material creation
Communicating process and related system CFIN and SAP4HANA changes to users, including ‘translating’ system functionality into simple business relevant language
Working one-on-one with learners to identify areas of strength and opportunities. Seeking input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change
Serving as 1st level of support for end users technical / process issues, answering questions, enabling/documenting solutions and/or escalating as appropriate
Qualifications for the role:
5+ years of experience in order to cash (O2C) processes
Solid understanding of O2C processes and proven knowledge of CFIN and SAP4Hana environment for configuration of SAP4HANA Finance into the system
Ability to transfer knowledge, train others, support end-users and drive continuous improvement in technical aspects of CFIN and SAP4HANA
Strong MS Office / O365 suite
Proficiency in the English language a must
Problem-solving mindset, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills – end user interaction, user training, conducting workshops
Project management exposure and prior experience developing training materials and documenting processes will be an asset
