CFCD Business Planning & Optimization Manager – JD

Position Overview

As the CFCD Business Planning & Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving resource allocation effectiveness and fostering business innovation. This position focuses on optimize FF deployment, hospital access management, business insights generation, and system/tool development to enhance sales execution and overall operational efficiency. Through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making, you will help the organization achieve its business objectives and sustainable growth. The role requires strong strategic vision, business insight, and exceptional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Hospital Access Management

Oversee end-to-end hospital access processes, including annual planning, daily operations, regular analysis, and issue resolution. Support system optimization and automated reporting development to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement hospital access quality and quantity.

Generate Business Insights
Build and enhance performance tracking rules & report, design multi-dimensional dashboards, and perform comprehensive business data analysis to generate high-value, actionable insights that empower business leaders in decision-making.

Optimize FF Resource Allocation
Define strategies for FF HC deployment for new products and continuously optimize resource investment and deployment for mature products. Ensure maximum resource utilization.

Lead Strategic Projects & Collaboration
Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities.

Support TTH target Allocation
Integrate financial OP/LE, sales forecasts, and market dynamics to define quarterly hospital targets for each BU, ensuring alignment with company strategy and driving business growth.

Enable Tool Development:
Support the development and enhancement of systems and platforms to boost operational efficiency and overall effectiveness

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics or related fields; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 8 years in business analysis and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE); consulting background is a plus. Expertise: Strong proficiency in SFE with proven experience in Field Force deployment optimization and hospital access management. Data Skills: Exceptional data processing and analytical capabilities; advanced Excel proficiency required. Knowledge of Python or Power BI is highly desirable. Language Skills: Excellent English writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation. Analytical Ability: Extensive experience in business analysis Project Management: Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate across functions. Passion for Work: Demonstrated commitment to delivering consistently high-quality results under pressure, with patience and meticulous attention to detail.
