Overview of Business Unit
The Plumbing team supports the University Accommodation Business Unit by delivering reactive, planned and small-project maintenance services across student accommodation and selected university buildings. Work is carried out within a small team environment with a varied and busy portfolio.
Job Purpose
Complete plumbing maintenance and project tasks within university accommodation and associated buildings as required.
Key Accountabilities
Complete plumbing tasks as requiredIdentify opportunities for follow-up or additional work and escalate to client and/or managerComplete relevant documentation for invoicing and complianceAdhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirementsAny other duties as required by your managerKey Measures of Performance
All works completed within required timeframes and to required standardLogon and logoff KPI achievementCompleted works accurately recorded and sent to admin team within stipulated timeframesFuture work identified and escalated to client and/or managerInternal and external customer satisfactionPosition Dimensions

Trade qualified, ideally with 5+ years’ experience in commercial, residential, or accommodation maintenance environments.
Certified Plumber and licensed Gasfitter.
