We are well-established, non-emergency veterinary practice in Yuma, Arizona seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team. This position focuses primarily on preventative care, routine appointments, and surgical support in a calm, organized environment- no after-hours emergencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist DVM with routine surgeries (spays, neuters, dentals, mass removals) · Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery · Obtain and process lab samples (blood, urine, fecal) · Take and interpret vital signs and patient histories · Place IV catheters, administer medications, and assist with radiology · Educate clients on preventive care and post-operative instructions · Maintain accurate medical records · Support hospital cleanliness and patient safetyQUALIFICATIONS
· Current Certified/Licensed/Registered Veterinary Technician in Arizona · Strong anesthesia and surgical assisting skills · Compassionate, patient-focused approach · Ability to work efficiently in a team environment · Excellent communication skills and client service skills · Motivated self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction.BENEFITS
