Contract Surgical Technologist Certified Varies by assignment. Position Compensation Range: - Hourly **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduated from an CAHEEP or ABHES accredited by CAHEEP/ABHES OR NCCT Approved program. **Experience:** Three years of experience required. **Licensure:** BLS required. Certified to practice as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA (The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting). Current Registration with Virginia Board of Medicine required at the time of hire. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** Job requires standing for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: passing instruments, lifting heavy instrument sets. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull >50 - 100lbs.
