Certified Solderers needed!
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Solderer to join our team. The role involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing electrical panels and circuit boards according to specific documentation and drawings within a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble, inspect, and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards per related documentation and drawings.Trim and form leaded parts for production.Perform soldering under microscope conditions.Accurately fill out production documentation.Perform final assembly and/or pack and ship products as required.Rotate to different workstations and cells as needed.Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis.Assemble, inspect, and prepare complex multilevel builds, including wire diagrams and torque specifications.Essential Skills
Experience in production, general labor, or general production.Experience with production assembly circuit boards and masking.Proficiency in PCB assembly and machine operation.Capability to conduct inspections and read blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school education or equivalent.Ability to read and understand assembly documentation.Manual dexterity for handling small components.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs.IPC-A-610 certification preferred, but not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a cleanroom environment, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. The position involves rotating shifts between different workstations and cells. Employees are expected to wear appropriate cleanroom attire and follow all safety guidelines.

This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
