Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will join an established team of RTs who share your passion for delivering highly specialized cardiopulmonary care to patients experiencing breathing issues. You'll be instrumental in providing a range of treatments from breathing techniques and nebulizer treatments to ventilator management, oxygen therapies, and external ventilation support.

Every day you will apply your keen assessment skills and critical thinking to manage diverse patient needs, develop and execute effective care plans, and ensure calm, focused intervention in both routine and emergent situations.

Performs all aspects of respiratory care to patients of all age groups under the direction of a qualified physician to ensure excellent quality care to all customersVerifies physician orders to carry out all aspects of respiratory care, and documents all respiratory activity, to ensure excellent quality care to all customersCleans and assembles equipment, and ensures supply stock levels to meet patient care commitmentsEducates and instructs patient, patient's family, and team members on therapeutic and diagnostic procedures to ensure excellent communication to all customersPossesses lifesaving skills for all age groups, while maintaining health care provider certification, to provide quality care to patients
