Earn up to $75.41/hour (depending on experience

Shift: 32 hours/week 

 

Position Details

The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health services to individuals. This position conducts evaluations and provides clinical interventions in a manner consistent with the philosophy, mission, and vision of the organization. This role works collaboratively with the outpatient team to provide exceptional care to those served.  This position will provide on-site services at our 800 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill, PA and 2506 N. Broad Street, Colmar, PA mental health outpatient locations.

Duties include:

Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments to determine the patient's treatment needs.  Collaborate with the psychiatrist to develop and implement medication treatment in outpatient setting. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications as needed; monitor medication effectiveness and side effects, making adjustments as necessary. Coordinate care and treatment modalities with team and external providers as needed.  Educate patients and their families about behavioral health conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes using the electronic health records system ensuring compliance with documentation standards and legal regulations. Participate in quality assurance activities, including peer reviews and clinical audits. Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices in behavioral health Adhere to the Merakey policies and procedures, comply with code of conduct, and participate in regular supervision and development.
