Practice: CRNA team covers a variety of cases in 9 ORs including general, ortho, obgyn, plastics, robotics. No hearts/heads. This role is ideal for experienced CRNAs looking to work at the top of their profession within a high-performing, collaborative team. + A dynamic part-time opportunity with exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties + Work/life balance with “Call from Home” model depending on schedule and site + Access to continuing education and leadership support + Inclusive culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and shared purpose What You'll Do + Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations + Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures + Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery + Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams + Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status + Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges + Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume What We're Looking For + Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia + Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) + RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state) + BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy) + Strong decision-making and clinical judgment + Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations + New grads welcome - orientation and preceptorship provided + Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment + Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age + Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians Job Opening ID 3139
