     - Search a cause of paint defect closely and Improve of the painted quality problems promptly and
       Check a painting process of each progress regularly.
     -     Emergency measure and respond of line trouble quickly.
2. Quality management. 
    - Manage quality of painted product regularly and Check the application parameters
    - Inspect the paints in advance before stocked by lot and Check the daily production quality.
    - Follow up every week color matching trend
3. Technical Support 
    - Support for the new development technology and improving paint application and take a line trial 
    - Make sure of development technology workability, quality stability and improvement paint 
      workability, quality stability.
  4. Communication exchange & Feed Back and Customer Satisfaction. 
     - Keep a close relation with staff of Technical Service for customer’s satisfaction and Consult with  
      development part  for quality.
    - Write down the daily technical report and send the e-mail to the related group.
    - Manage of quality improvement and saving energy by production progress and line stability.
       and accept the customer’s complain and requirement.
    - Keep a close communication and make a good relationship to respond for customer’s 
      requirement timely and quickly and share the information
