Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 140-bed skilled and long-term care facility located in the Hatboro. We have opened an amazing opportunity for a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Rehab Family!

Job Responsibilities

1. Work with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient

 2. Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Occupational Therapist.

3. Acts as an assistant to the Occupational Therapist when the Occupational Therapist is performing tests, evaluations and complex procedures

4. Educates and instructs patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the occupational therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

4. Perform other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

2. Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

3. Requires good verbal and written communication skills.

4. Requires good organizational and time management skills
