We're seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Polk City location! As a Occupational Therapy Assistant at On With Life, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with complex neurological conditions regain independence and quality of life. Position Highlights: + Schedule: Monday-Friday + Hours: 8:00-4:30pm (occasional adjustments based on person served needs) + Weekend & Holiday rotation required + Location: Polk City, IA What do Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants do? The COTA provides professional occupational therapy services to persons with brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions. As a member of the transdisciplinary team, the COTA reviews and informs the rehabilitation plans of persons served. They provide direct treatment in the areas of: + independent living/daily living skills + sensory motor + cognitive and psychosocial skills + personal-social development Why Work With Us?
