Must have an active Iowa CNA certification and a passion for providing rehabilitative support. CNAs play a vital role in our person-centered care team, providing hands-on, meaningful support. CNA Position Highlights: + Schedule: 36 hours/week (rotating holidays & every 3rd weekend required) + Hours: 6:00am-6:00pm OR 6:00pm-6:00am + Location: Polk City, IA Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): + Provide direct, personalized care under licensed nurse supervision. + Support persons served with activities of daily living (meals, hygiene, socializing). + Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifts. + Perform range of motion exercises as directed by therapy staff. + Complete and report safety checks and vital information to nursing staff. + Collaborate with a transdisciplinary rehabilitation team. + Help persons served achieve their highest quality of life.
